RETURN & REFUND POLICY :
 
  • -Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your item just just in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

    • -Include all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, ensure the items are adequately protected against transport damage with suitable packaging.

    • -If you choose not to accept your order (please check the size chart before ordering), you will only be required to pay the shipping cost.

    • -You can exchange your item within 2 days of receiving it.

      Delivery Times:
      • -Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 1 to 3 days from the time of packing.
      • -Other Governorates in Egypt: Delivery within 2 to 6 days from the time of packing.
      • -Middle East: Delivery within 5 to 7 business days from the time of packing.
      • -Worldwide: Delivery within 10 days from the time of packing.

      Delivery Notes:
      • -Orders are handled primarily through third-party shipping companies.
      • -Delivery times are counted from the date of shipping, not the order date.
      • -If a recipient isn’t available, the company will attempt delivery twice. Any further attempts require customer coordination.
