All products under LIGHT are released in limited quantities. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Orders & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
2. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to dispatch.
- Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days
- Pre-order items: 10–14 business days
Please note:
- Orders are not processed on Fridays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer in all cases, unless the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the limited nature of our products, refunds are not available once an order has been dispatched and received by the courier.
Refunds are only issued in cases of a verified manufacturing defect.
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our quality standards.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
All exchange requests must be approved after inspection to ensure the item meets eligibility criteria.
5. Size & Fit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
We provide sizing information to assist in decision-making, but we are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs, or external circumstances beyond our control.
In the case of lost packages, we will assist in communication with the courier service to resolve the issue.
7. Product Condition & Quality Control
All items undergo quality checks before shipping. Minor variations in color, wash, or finish may occur due to production and fabric processes and are not considered defects.
