Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days prior to dispatch.


Delivery Times

  • Standard orders: 2–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Pre-order items: 10–14 business days (production + delivery)

Processing Information

Orders are not processed on Fridays.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring availability to receive the order.


Returned / Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to a courier issue before delivery is completed, we will cover the return handling and reship the order at no additional cost.

If the customer refuses the package, provides incorrect address details, or fails to receive the order, reshipping fees will apply.


Opened or Used Items

Any item that has been opened, worn, or used will be subject to inspection before any decision regarding return or replacement is made.


Reshipment Policy

If a reshipment is required due to failed delivery or returned orders, the customer will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost (if applicable)
  • The new shipping fee for reshipment
